Summer – creativity and love

In summer, nature is at its peak. All the foliage is a lush green and temperatures are at their peak. In summer, people spend a lot of time outdoors. In the inner summer, this is the time of ovulation: around days 10 to 22. Menstruating people feel relaxed and bursting with creativity and passion. 

Autumn – self-efficacy and letting go

While the trees are dropping their leaves, the autumn of the cycle is the time for menstruating people to release the unfertilized egg. It is the time to listen to yourself. Many menstruating people like to be alone during this phase and reflect on what has happened. Sensitivity and tactility are often more pronounced here than in the other phases. This promotes self-efficacy. The autumn of the cycle takes place from around the 23rd to the 35th day and ends when the period begins.
