That's why we produce our underwear without harmful biocides or additional chemicals that could harm your skin's own bacterial flora or cause an allergic reaction.

===  Vegan  ***

Sustainability also includes animal welfare.
We have consciously decided not to use any animal ingredients in our underwear, but to produce our collection from organic cotton – our products are 100% vegan.

===  Washing and care  ***

Taynie period panties & pads are washable up to 60 degrees.
Taynie tampons even reach up to 90 degrees.
After wearing, wash your Taynie products with cold water to prevent blood from clotting.
Then put the products, preferably in a laundry net, in the washing machine and wash them at max. 60 degrees, the tampons at max. 90 degrees.
However, 30-40 degrees is enough to wash all bacteria out of the panties and sanitary pads and extend their lifespan. For tampons, 60 degrees is enough. 
After the wash cycle, your products are air dried – dryers and irons do not like the products at all.
We would also advise against using fabric softeners, as this will reduce absorbency.
If you take good care of your Taynie it will last up to 4 years.

Taynie products are shipped within Germany with DHL GoGreen.
The shipping costs are €2.90, even if you order just one Taynie.
For orders over 70 € we offer free shipping.
Delivery for packages within Germany takes approx.  2-5 Workdays .
Of course you can track your package using a tracking number.

For deliveries to EU countries we charge 9,00 €, the delivery time takes about 7 working daysdays .

If you do not like your order, you can return it within 90days n send back.

The underwear should of course be in a  perfect condition  so please wear panties under the Taynie when trying it on. The tampons and sanitary pads must still be in their original packaging. The hygiene seal must not be damaged. 
To return the item, please fill out the enclosed form and send the goods back to us with postage paid. We do not cover the return shipping costs.
We will refund the money for the goods or, if desired, send you an exchange free of charge.
