Sustainability also includes animal welfare.
We have consciously decided not to use any animal ingredients in our underwear, but to make our collection from organic cotton – Taynies are 100% vegan.

===  Washing and care  ***

Taynies are washable at up to 60 degrees.
After wearing, wash your Taynie with cold water to prevent the blood from clotting.
Then put the underwear, preferably in a laundry net, in the washing machine and wash it at max. 60 degrees.
However, 30-40 degrees is enough to wash all bacteria out of the underwear and extend its lifespan.
After the wash cycle, your Taynie is air dried – dryers and irons don’t like Taynies at all.
We would also advise against using fabric softeners, as this will reduce absorbency.
If you take good care of your Taynie it will last up to 4 years.

Taynies are shipped within Germany with DHL GoGreen.
The shipping costs are €2.90, even if you order just one Taynie.
For orders over 70 € we offer free shipping.
Delivery for packages within Germany takes approx.  2-5 Workdays .
Of course you can track your package using a tracking number.

For deliveries to EU countries we charge 9,00 €, the delivery time takes about 7 working daysdays .

The underwear should of course be in a  perfect condition  so please wear panties under the Taynie when trying it on.
To return the item, please fill out the enclosed form and send the goods back to us with postage paid. We do not cover the return shipping costs.
We will refund the money for the goods or, if desired, send you an exchange free of charge.
