Therefore, we produce our  Products without harmful biocides or additional chemicals that  could harm the skin or cause an allergic reaction.

Sustainability also includes animal welfare.
We have consciously decided not to use any animal ingredients in our  products, but to manufacture our collection from organic cotton – Taynie socks are 100% vegan.

===  Washing and care  ***

The Taynie socks are machine washable at 40 °C. 
If the socks are to be put in the dryer or ironed, it is important that both devices are not set too hot.

===   Shipping and returns  ***

Taynies are shipped within Germany with DHL GoGreen.
The shipping costs are €2.90, even if you order just one Taynie.
For orders over 70 € we offer free shipping.
Delivery for packages within Germany takes approx.  2-5 Workdays .
Of course you can track your package using a tracking number.

For deliveries to EU countries we charge 9,00 €, the delivery time takes about 7 working daysdays .

The  Socks should of course be in perfect condition.
To return the item, please fill out the enclosed form and send the goods back to us with postage paid. We do not cover the return shipping costs.
We will refund the money for the goods or, if desired, send you an exchange free of charge.
